Delete your data

You can delete your data at any time.

In the app

• Open Profile → Data & privacy.
• Choose what to delete: documents, reviewed email, what Dana knows about you, or all your data.
• Confirm. Deletion cannot be undone.

To disconnect services, go to Profile → Connections and turn off email, calendar, contacts or location.

By email

Write to azim@danauae.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete your account and data. We will confirm within 30 days.

WhatsApp business data

If your company connected its WhatsApp number to Dana, the account owner can request deletion of customer conversations and bookings the same way.
