Dana is operated by Wheels.ae Commercial Brokers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By using Dana you agree to these terms.
The service
Dana is an AI assistant that helps with everyday and business tasks: reading email and documents, reminders, calendar, phone calls, WhatsApp replies for businesses and translation. Dana is currently in testing, so features may change and occasional errors are possible.
You stay in control
Dana acts on your instructions and within the rules you set. Messages are sent and payments are prepared only after your confirmation or under a rule you created. Please review important actions before you confirm them.
AI can make mistakes
Dana uses AI models that can misunderstand or be wrong. Do not rely on Dana for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions, and always check important information. Dana must not be used to contact emergency services.
Phone calls
When Dana calls on your behalf, she introduces herself as an AI assistant. You are responsible for asking Dana to call only people and businesses you have a legitimate reason to contact.
Fair use
Do not use Dana for spam, harassment, fraud or anything illegal. We may limit or suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Business accounts
If you connect your company's WhatsApp, you are responsible for your business information, prices and rules that Dana uses, and for following WhatsApp's policies when communicating with customers.
Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Dana is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from its use.
